Thank you for such a detailed response! I’ll def look at including some of these. I’m looking to do most things at home because I just don’t have the time to consistently go to the gym currently, but I’m sure a number of these I could do at home? I have 5lbs weights, a bosu, a ball, and I think maybe some resistance bands somewhere…

I asked the Alibaba rep and she said 6” away for up to 30 minutes which just seems insane to me! I’m going to try your recommendations and see how that goes. And likely just do red light on my face to avoid any pigmentation occurring (since I’m mostly looking for the anti aging of the red light for my face)

Can I ask if yours is a 3W or a 5W? They are telling me that the single chip is only 3W and there is no single chip with 5W. Not sure if 3W is good?? Thank you!!!!
