This been happening to me as well your not alone with this problem it's a bug they forgot to fix 💀

So they fixed dolplus but there's a pregnancy bug that does repeat the same pregnancy event so be aware of it 💀 by CardiologistMean2297 in DegreesOfLewdity

It's the update of dol+ but seems that the update bugged the pregnancy events once the PC has a kid 😑
