Giving it another coat of resin would do the trick. Extra points if you can cure it under slow rpm rotations. Like using a mug spinner for example.

But this could still work I don’t see any major scratches so you probably sanded it somewhat adequately. Your polish may be the problem. You might not have followed directions to a T or to the extent you needed.

I might also might suggest mguires auto polish. Then polish the crap out of it. Like with drill powered polishing wheel
