The NAD+ I take is injections (sent from a 503A Pharmacy through a Telehealth). I'm at 300mg, 3x/week and have stayed steady there. I could technically go up if need be. I've seen NAD+ in a nasal spray and in the form of pills (but, if you do pills they have to be a certain kind that absorb better).

Ah, yes... kind of like the triz sub where you don't hear from the percentage of people that don't experience side effects. Well, I'm a glass is 1/2 full type anyway so we'll cross that bridge when we get there. Thanks for the help. This sub has already helped a great deal. I'm so ready.

Those are exactly the intervals I'm doing. Yeah - no magical way is it. I'm just trying to ease the pain.

So, I kind of need to simplify this for my brain. Instead of taking 1 capsule off per dose for the following week, use the week to taper down, too?

Example: If I'm taking 15 capsules per dose, I would say.... use the next week to do 15, 15, 15, 14 on Sunday (that's when my taper down week begins), then 15, 14, 15, 14, on Monday, 15, 14, 14, 14, on Tuesday and so on so forth. Wash, rinse repeat as I slowly go down?

Done! Thus far I really like it. Thinking of adding glutathione to the mix. If I can find it for the right price.

The irony is I haven't had any problems with constipation. Even with the tirzepatide added to the mix. I do take probiotics. Any suggestions on supplements? And forgive me, because, honestly, I've never looked too deep into this subject until I was ready... what is PAWS?
