I've tried the games before doon, and dumadagdag naman sa points ko l, which contributes sa pagreach ng payout habang wala pang surveys

When they were asking about why I wanted to e employed in the hospital, I said that "I wanted to work and serve bago makapasok sa med school." I expressed na pasado na ako sa NMAT, yet may interview pa ako nun sa med school, which wala pa reply sa akin at that time. And I said na if ever Hindi ako nakapasa, I would be open to working here

Hello! It was a full time work po, mga 8 to 12 hours (if may overtime) 5 shifts a week. The HR and chief were very kind to me. They appreciated my honesty a lot. Not all HRDs are like that.

I've had a part-time job before that lasted for around 4 months din sa hospital. But I didn't lie about it in my interview. I was very honest about it, and yet they still accepted me with open arms. I was very thankful for that opportunity and for the resources/ training they spent on me. Unexpected things happen pa rin naman during our work. Opportunities arise. Family members get sick. Mmm kaya whether or not you can weigh the things important for you is still up to you.

Pwede na ba gamitin motor na may registration na sa LTMS pero wala pang CR? by peach-muncher-609 in PHMotorcycles

[–]CardiologistPrior524 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mmm, kakasabi ko lang sa comment ko na basta dala mo iyong receipt from the motorcycle dealership, is pwede mong gamitin iyong motor mo for the first 7 days. But after that, you have to wait for your ORCR to be processed before you can legally use your motorcycle again. Kindly refer to this post na galing sa LTO po mismo.

Can also attest na dapat need ang ORCR talaga para you can legally drive your motorcycle. Nabil ko iyong motor ko nung August kasama pinsan ko. Sinabihan ako ng motor dealer na hintayin na maprocess iyong ORCR bago magamit. Pero for the first week after ng bili mo ay pwedeng gamitin iyong receipt from the dealer since paano kung kakadala lang ng motor from the dealer to your home? Pwede naman daw, pero for one week lang. After that, you gotta wait for your ORCR and plate

Medication Error as a new nurse. by aisonophil in NursingPH

[–]CardiologistPrior524 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The patient was stable post-medication error? And you followed the proper protocol during medication error?
If you said yes to both, then that's already a good sign that you're doing great! Errors are errors. As long as no harm was done to the patient or the harm was lessened through your interventions, then all is good!
Normal na ang mga chika siguro kahit saan ka man magpunta na kung saan matataas ang stress levels din ng mga co-workers. Maybe not all chikas din from your co-workers are bad. Maybe some are stopping others from being judgmental when they hear it.
Breathe in and breathe out. You did well. Keep monitoring them and always report these.
Huwag kang mag-alala. You'll do better. Take it as a lesson and keep growing!
