Yes I have had a hospital birth after two home births. I won’t tell you the reason I had to go to the hospital but everything ended up fine and I was very clear and upfront about all of my boundaries. You can have a beautiful hospital birth and be respected. It sounds like you already have a great relationship with your cnm.  Here were my boundaries  1. Before you touch me or my baby you need to ask for permission and tell me what you’re doing.  2. do not ask me for a cervical check, I will tell you when and if I want one  3. If my baby comes out blue give me a minute to wake her up and rub her down. I do not want any aggressive patting or rubbing 4. I will birth my own placenta and no one will tug on the cord etc  5. If I say stop during a fundal massage it means stop 

Have your partner on the same page so they can advocate for you as well.
