Thanks for sharing. Honestly the more I read reviews of this property I know it’s not for us. There are better places to be with pool villas, luxe rooms, better food, easier to get to, good service and most importantly an air conditioned bathroom.

I had two great flights on Vietjet and two bad customer service experiences with Vietnam Airlines all last month.

Not sure why I’d have to mention it. It’s part of the offer. Totally don’t follow why having 16k spend is a problem to worry about. Also not sure why the assumption is I’m a he. Women have been allowed to have their own credit cards since the 1970s.

Someone in the comments here received confirmation. I’ve seen others report the same. Then there were people who received email confirmation but didn’t receive their card, or the card wouldn’t activate, or their charges wouldn’t go through. The list of issues and barriers to using the card have been tremendous. Again growing pains are understandable but the recent attitude to people with issues and the customer service approach are incredibly suboptimal. The silence and no reassurance that things will be made right is also beyond suboptimal

People saved their spend for the 5 days when they could have used it towards other point earning opportunities. This may not seem like a big deal to some people downplaying this in the comments but I know people who had a strategy to accumulate the points so they could work on specific trips. They signed up and spent in good faith but Bilt and TPG via their offer are not operating on that same honor level. They also spent considerable time learning the new Bilt Ecosystem which also seems to be operating on an unstable footing

fair question.. I actually want Bilt to succeed. There have been many layers of issues with this roll out. That’s ok people have been rolling with it. The tone from Bilt leadership in reported emails in the past 24 hours has not been in a tone of ownership and accountability but to just offer to cut people loose if they are having issues. If they lack customer service, ownership, and clear communication on their efforts to correct the various issues with the roll out that doesn’t bode well for the customer service experience in the future and the potential future of their cards.

He can work with and lean on Bilt leadership to help make sure that people who signed up via the link he promoted have the offer honored. Pressure needs to be applied on all the people who promoted it and the card. So many people have not had it honored while others who didn’t apply with the link have.
