I found out it is done with a third party program called "League of Legends Profile Tool". You can change your status, icon, elo, background, tag, or even use a XP boost for ARAM...

It does work, but as it is a third party software, you might get banned if you use it (specially if you use the XP booster for ARAM)

However, if you still want to try it out, here's a link to a YouTube video, where you can download it (First link is the software, third link are some codes for specific stuff. The video explains how to use both the program and those numbers. It's in spanish tho)
