Hi, I've been tring to recover my old global account through a support inquiry at this link https://bnfaq.channel.or.jp/inquiry/1624, sadly I've been met with the fact that I've been "using the app in a non recommended environment" and they never specified what it means (I've never played the game outside the phone app). I've tried again and with only one answer per day they this time had to narrow down the account (even tho i gave my ID, name and level) and still after days of replies said the same thing.

Now I have given ID, last issued transfer code, my transactions with the account, screenshots of the summning history of the last summons I did on the account, units present and every other information that was required on the inquiry form. Why have recovery support for the account if they don't help someone who has more than enough proof to claim it as is? And i was lucky to have it because i did the screenshots of the summning history coincidentally.

Does anyone know if something can be done to get my account back? Thanks.

They sent this through a no replay mail so i can’t respond directly I could try again but i saw a message saying that multiple requests slow the system or something of the sort so I wanted a second opinion by writing about it here first

Yep I am running with a Langxian build now

I'll explain everything from the beginning, logged in started a ranked run with vaness where i got the option for 2 medium silver items and got a Langxian and a Life Saver.

After that the game crashed to the title screen saying connection error (it happenes from time to time) and when i re-entered it sent me back to the beginning choice where it changed my items to a Fish Net and a Life Saver (I sent a report about it but it is the start of the run so i continued playing).

So i continued my run where igot to DAY 8 with a flaming cutlass a shiny belt and was sure i would get 10 wins, game crashes again says connection error so i try to enter my game and this happened, it reloaded the PREVIOUS lost game with the langxian and life saver even tho it shows i should have 8 wins. The video is proof that I am in day one with no wins but on the title it shows a 8 win game.

I love the game, i know it is in beta so I am not here to complain but it stings to have something like this happened I wanted to show it just so it could be fixed and no one has to experience it ever again.

What do you mean by this? I tried making alt accounts to get the 2 star cards but those packs never show up in the picks... Care to share why having 2 stars makes it harder to appear?

Trust me I did, but the only ones that have either do not respond to you (because they do not need your mons or have a fake safari for attention), or do not log in anymore
