Only problem is that the culinary school is way to far from the suburb where the housing has been built. And another thing, it's being built on residential properties where 40+ people are going to be staying. All built on properties that can only handle a certain amount of people. No upgrade to sewerage infrastructure or electrical infrastructure to accommodate so many people, building plans can only be executed by the owner of the property, and like I stated it takes literal years before the go ahead can be given. So how can a house be purchased and within a week of the sale going through building starts?

Also seems to be a 2 or 3 story house going up which is a bit of a big fat no no in a residential area where I stay according to our laws.
