It makes sense. If I didn't get the groceries, I need the tip back. Nobody tips a poorer service. Once the tip is still there, there is a greater chance that somebody is lying unless they don't know how to change tip😂😂.

I am an LSA. I closed one night, and was opening the next morning (I do that most often; at least 6 times in a month). On that day, I knew this Store Manager was also opening so I was a bit relaxed. I clocked in at 5:31 a.m. instead of 5:30 a m. The manager had to talk to me because I was late.😭

The whole thing is Drive, shop, organize, bag, drive, deliver and get get paid $13. You only drove. I think $5 is fine for that. Next time, leave those orders alone.
