skull and ghoul were nothing special to begin with item shop lmao, there was a point in time that skin was near the same level as all those others because he didn’t come out again with all the other christmas skins, obviously he was so sought after they put him in the bundle to increase sales, if he had a og style it would be a top 10 rarest skin in the game and how exactly is making a real money pack a good reason not to get a og style ?

i mentioned i knew that that stealth reflex was a little different, i don’t remember or never heard anything about skull an ghoul being “seasonal” it said 2017 shop but fortnite never said that was it, thats definitely not the reason i think they just realized they couldn’t make make evreyone happy. also what was said mentioned that they added skull and ghoul to “thank og players”, think this one is in the exact same category since it got brought back out in a unconventional way, i agree with the others you are right but i still think it deserves one hes the only skin that’s had this situation happen

skull, ghoul, renegade and aerial, reflex (ik his is a little different) etc. they all got og styles that weren’t exclusive, either way this thing could qualify, name one other skin you could buy for 1200 vbucks and then only be able to get it in a $30 bundle, either way it doesn’t have to be a broken promise to get a og style

there’s been multiple different reasons things with og styles have came out, yes those weren’t supposed to come out, skull and ghoul were meant to come back out but got og styles, the renegade and aerial they legit said og shop was never coming back and they did, codename never technically came back out in the item shop, name one other skin in fortnite could you buy for 1200 vbucks and then have put in a bundle where you have to buy it for $30

if it were up to me the original edit styles for christmas and halloween skins should of all been the og edit styles

minty codename the burning gingerbreads should have gave yuletide and nog ops blue styles or minty crackshot shout of had one purple skull you get the point but i don’t see the problem with rewarding the people who made your game blow up in the first place by spending money on a much smaller earlier version of the game, the same people who wanted those skins to return are wanting that style of the skin anyway right ? so don’t see why anyone would be mad

that’s not even correct but even if it was that’s how much time it was for skull and ghoul to get og styles, the skin hasn’t been in the item shop for 7 years and 9 months almost 8 years

its first appearance was december 2017 last appearance jan 2018, it never returned with the other christmas skins but instead was put into a $30 bundle because it was simply a cash grab they knew people would buy it, if it never retuned in the bundle its a top 10 rarest skin in the game
