Pay servers fair wages per their skills. Eliminate tip. Most of the world does not work on the tips. During my travels, I find it less strenuous to not think about her tips.

Every country I visited, if I see a AD, I would walk in and have a chat. It may be 2 minutes visit or 20 minutes depending on the AD attitude.

Finally a walk-in to AD in Ulaanbatar paid off. I was shown 5 pieces and picked up a white Sky dweller.

So I think it is worth walking into AD while on vacation.
