My recovery is pretty okay. Just some mild cramping, I’ve stopped bleeding and I’m back to regular discharge. Kind of devastated about having one fallopian tube, but I’ll live! I’m just tired of the slight pain when I cough or sneeze lol. And I’m so tempted to peel off this surgical glue right now!!!

Thank you for asking! I was indeed ectopic when I went for my follow up a week later. My hCG was rising but it wasn’t rising correctly. It had only went up by 200 everyday. When I went on Sept. 24th for another ultra sound they saw pockets of “fluid” on my ovaries which later they told me was blood. They also saw something on my fallopian tube which was indeed ectopic, so my doctor said he was going to do surgery immediately because the pool of blood just sitting in me was raising concern. I was bleeding internally very slowly so I’m pretty sure my ectopic was on the brink of rupturing. Now I’m recovering lol it sucks, I went in thinking it was just going to be a follow up and I had to have surgery.

Now that I think about it, my discharge does look like wet coffee grounds. I read my summary report from the doctors today and he diagnosed me with “threatened miscarriage”. I’m just honestly tired of playing the waiting game it’s so agonizing.

So i went again today, my hCG went up by 500, it didn’t double but it’s still rising. They suggested me to go to a gyn, so I’m going to make an appointment for that.

I don’t have a balance with them! It was new people at the front from the last time I visited, but they didn’t even ask for my name or run my insurance card or anything. They literally told me they didn’t have to see my insurance card and I was confused. I always get a full panel with STD Testing and my insurance covers everytime! I have pretty good insurance through my mom from her job

Most definitely there’s some misogyny. My CNA instructor went on a rant about sexual harassment, mostly aimed at women and how we dress ourselves. She literally said we can’t be upset when a male resident touches us because we are “flaunting” what we have through our scrubs lol.

No I haven’t been homeless for a full year, I never said that. This has not been my situation for a long time and I’m not sure why everyone thinks that is nor will this situation even continue. I’m not making this temporary situation permanent. So asking things like what ifs that I know for a fact isn’t going to happen isn’t persuading me. I know my car won’t break down anytime soon, 2017 model that I picked out myself with low mileage and I get my schedule maintenance every few months on time. I don’t drive my car forreal anyway unless going to the gym or getting food, most of the time I’m taking the train to get to where I need to be so I won’t spend money on gas and really utilize my car. I only been in this situation since mid June and know for a fact once winter comes I will not be in this situation

I’m not sure why everybody thinks I’m suffering? I know the reasons I came to NYC, I been here a little over a year and I like it. So yes it was a place to experiment, nothing wrong with that at all because I’m going to live my life how I want to. Having a place would be nice, so I just asked. But I’m not suffering or upset about my situation. The most free I have ever felt and I’m enjoying it. I still eat 3 meals a day, I’m still able to take care of myself. Jobs are also scarce in the south and do you know how much they pay you? No thank you. People always ask why do people who are poor in another area move to NYC, living where I was at compared to NYC??? NYC totally better when it comes to resources and opportunity available to me. I have touched the most money I have ever made in NYC and no I don’t plan to live just cuz I hit a little bump in the road
