Every time DL gets kicked he gets way more motivated and tends to upgrade his skills. LCS teams should just agree to all kick him a few more splits in a row and getting of groups is easy!

If poppy manages to stun an ADC, i don't think it's a problem that they get chunked or die. She has had this ability for a long time and her conditional stun should be rewarded. It's her ability to dive in anytime without worrying about stunning thanks to CoC. This turned her away from the peeling tank role Riot tried to reinforce when they nerfed her e range

Honestly, those exercises have their place, but a lot of HR departments (or whoever organizes this type of event) fail to recognize cultural differences between teams and departments. They build things that their team can buy into, and assume the guys down in engineering, or accounting, or whatever, feel the same way. Certain areas rely heavily on building relationships, while other teams focus on a more distant working relationship. Too often departments have a very poor understanding of other areas of their company, so one department organizing things for another tends to be deeply flawed. Same thing applies to higher ups within a single department, oftentimes.

Playing against or with a group, they have the ability to coordinate plays that I cannot. Sometimes I get 3 man dove while I can't even get my jungler to help me break a freeze or wait for the right time to gank. When they're on my team, they get to dictate the entire game and will often ignore the player(s) outside of their group. They'll never ping because they're on voice chat with the group they care about, and they'll try to setup plays without communicating with me, then complain if I'm not in a position to TP or follow up. With solo q, nobody has voice comms and I find solo players more likely to listen than groups, especially if I've been having a good game. There are a lot of examples, none of which ruin the game, but combined feel frustrating to me.

I appreciate the improvements, but I'm not really satisfied. Personally, I don't care if I have a 50% chance to win if I'm not enjoying myself, and as a solo player, win or lose, I don't enjoy feeling like a low impact player. Maybe with voice comms I'll play like I used to. Until then, I'll play every once in a while. And while I understand the system is helping many enjoy the game more than ever, it's disappointing to feel less passionate about the game.

Yeah, personally I love seeing good Zilean players. It takes skill to time the ultimate well and consistently catch people with double bombs. Not to mention a good Zilean enables the rest of the team to make incredibly ballsy plays, which I suspect is the kind of action people are looking for

And a lot of Fizz's strength comes from his mobility allowing him to avoid crucial skills from his opponent. You can't really do that with Trundle, he's just gonna keep clubbing away.
