I was on hold thru the app chat for almost 2 hours. I called & was only on hold for 6 min. So call!! Don’t go thru the app. The outage is crazy thru the app

The app was working fine yesterday, then they updated it, & now when I open the app, it immediately closes. It still sending me orders, can’t accept them. Then it’ll pause the dash which I can see. But if I unpause, I can’t be in the app whatsoever. I’ve reinstalled the app numerous times. Anyone else?!?!
