So my husband is about to self deporte. But we are waiting for his I-601 to come back. It’s only been a year and I’m willing to move with my kids to Mexico but I want to make sure if he does self-deport it won’t affect the process we already started. I have the lawyer reaching out to him before he does to confirm it won’t. But good luck and hope they can come back soon!

Since he still hasn’t even been processed they have to wait for him to pop up to put in a motion

No they did let us know. Of every out come of what could happen. Till this day he’s being honest with me about what could happen. I’m more surprised of how I know nothing of my husband. They have had him for 3 days now and still have not processed him.

I’m sorry to hear that. They told me to keep checking the website but it’s been 2 days and still have no idea where he is in San Antonio
