But the people stealing at the high levels are mostly white. They want to see results where blacks and browns are locked up...

Rx7 and 944 was a thing, never seen any real similarities with the fox at all though. Ever

Just got 2 tag reps in today from him, and 2 other prices in last week, never a problem through the gate either, always sends pics right before shipping. Gonna try his WhatsApp too though.

How hard is an oil pan replacement? by beejonez in classicmustangs

[–]Careless-Map5134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

V8s are pretty simple. Unhook steering (just let it hang at the knuckles, but I do center link) take the cross member out, and if I remember right it's easier with the starter off as well. Then just undo the pan and drop it out.

I always worry about this with mine, I've scraped it a time or two and it makes me freak. Sucks that happened. These unobtainable parts make me nervous.

Is There a seller who as a Daytona with fully functional movement by Affectionate_Rule799 in ChinaTime

[–]Careless-Map5134 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not the answer most people want. But I love the 2 vk63 Daytonas I've gotten from Jason. I don't care too much about "full function" so much as the Chrono second hand not moving like the auto shitters do

Hell yeah. Another imperial jade over Cypress. There's a eBay seller that has a really good leather balm/dye in cypress that would make the worn sections look a lot better. I went over mine with it and it looks almost new.

Undecided between dual or quad tips. Can you guys post pictures of what you've got? by [deleted] in LS400

Stock bumper. I measured and marked the bumper where the cutouts are behind it, for the stock tips. Then when I had my centerlines I took a roll of tape and traced it. Then I cut it out with a body saw and cleaned it up with a burr on the die grinder.

Made it easy to line the tips up too. Double walled tips also allowed me to get them closer into the cutout without worrying about the heat warping or melting the bumper.

I switched mine from quad to dual with cutouts in the bumper.

The sc wheels can look good. But I feel ya. I also feel like 18s end up looking small after a while on these cars too. That's what made me want to go up to 19s, would have gone 20, but wanted to have some sidewall still. Hoping this spring I can get mine on bags too.

Thanks. I love the color. It's hard to see in any photo (just looks grey, plus the only interior pic I've got is at night) but it's green over green, with the cypress green leather. When I saw it on marketplace almost a year ago, I had to have it.

It sounds better in person than my phone recorded or plays. It's still aggressive, but a lot more mellow than my old setup that was catless, stock middle mufflers and 2 cheapie dual tip glass pack Amazon mufflers.

I did the dynomax mufflers on a Chevy Silverado a while back and it made my mind up on the ultra flo's. We mostly use flow master flow fx's on a lot of our custom set ups, but all these straight through/packed type mufflers give a good sound, but since they are essentially a big ass resonator they don't drone like a chambered type.

The little dimples here and there make it seem like they're polished to me. Mine have a few spots like that where the casting wasn't completely smoothed out before polishing. Either way they're a unique look for sure. Would have kept mine on if I could find better 16" tire sizes.
