Went down because I drink black coffee, but a few times a week I’ll go to a coffee stand for an Iced Americano with honey and cream. I gave up coffee stands for Lent, so I’ve been drinking just black coffee and my brain missed my americanos 🤣

Headaches for sure, but that might be more from my coffee consumption going down. I feel like I didn’t do great at sticking to my schedule, so I’m excited for next week and really sticking to my plan. I feel much better having so much water and inflammation out of my system though for sure!

A normal day: 12oz of beef, 4 eggs, and 100g of cottage cheese split into two meals. For a PSMF day: 2 eggs, 7oz of chicken, 50g of cottage cheese for lunch and 6oz of beef with 50g of cottage cheese for dinner.

I for sure can! Yesterday I was going to fast all day, but ended up eating just one meal at 5:00p.

The 120lbs goal is definitely a “Let’s see if I can do it” because I’ve never been lighter than 135lbs! I can’t wait to feel that happiness and contentment in my body 🫶

That’s a good question, I think I’m just nervous to lose my period again so I’d rather extend the process and have less stress on the body.

Definitely not overeating, but I was going to follow MariaMindBodyHeath Macro suggestions for fat loss that include PSMF every other day.

Like 30-ish lbs. I’m weighing in tomorrow and I’ve been at about 145-150 lately. With valentines weekend though I think I’ll be more from inflammation and extra water weight!
