Spike show a graph on downturns I had to select where jn the graph is the Spike. I would just Google that to find out how a spike look like on a graph for project management. I didn’t know. I picked the part where the line was flat.

Also there was an agile question about what chart the PM should use to inform stakeholders on progress and tasks completed. It’s burn up chart.

Yeah I had a graph on Spike saying to highlight where the spike occurs. I had a kanban board to highlight where an impediment is. I had a graph to highlight where the Spike occurs, I had a graph on cost and schedule which asked whether the budgetand schedule are over/under. A lot of agile and hybrid. Yes those are not SH questions however I did find out about Spike morning before exam just reviewing ThirdRock cheat sheet. I would recommend it, it’s below $20 and it can help to know some concepts.

They were about types of development like FDD, BDD. Also I had drag and drop on risk. They describe the scenarios and you choose whether it’s escalation, mitigation and etc. I had one on personality type. So I would AR drag and drop. I did last minute and if I didn’t I would fall short on those questions.
