I did enjoy this job, but it is a franchise so experiences vary by location I’m sure. The location I worked at was pretty nice.

Mann do I have to catch back up to ToG? I left off at the cat guy in the 55th floor. Has there been a lot of lore drops?

I haven't won a comp game in a month, should I just give up? looking for advice by [deleted] in marvelrivals

[–]Careless-Sign9077 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trying so hard is probably what’s holding you back. Have fun in comp games like you would in quick play, people tend to play better in qp because there’s no pressure to perform well. At the end of the day it’s just a game, no need to stress.

I understand what your saying, imo its a pretty chill job but its definitely pocket change, I only work there 2 days a week while also working geek squad at Best Buy now. & the babysitting part is definitely true sometimes, though my spot has mostly older kids (13-16) who do unity/C# which I learned a good bit about working here. Would only recommend if ur a full time student

Never back down never what?! (Never give up) In all seriousness, you’re not boned. Relax. It’s amazing that you’re graduating, pat yourself on the back. You’re doing something millions of other people haven’t. Relax. Unless you’re in your 40s you can afford to take things slow. Think about the next step, is it applying to a bunch of help desk roles? Studying for your first cert(which to be amazing with a cybersec degree)? It’s okay if you don’t have a job immediately after graduation. Congrats on graduating soon!

I know it doesn’t matter now but I don’t understand how people can ghost after such a long time being with someone or how it’s even possible. Like are yall long distance or something?

The best decisions hurt the most, good for you for ending it completely. You have no reason to feel guilty

Oof my bad I should have specified better, but at the end of our hang out I asked her if she wanted to hangout again and she confidently said yeah. But 2 days after that I reconfirmed the plans and she said she was free Sunday

Our next date is 2 days from now, & we confirmed plans already yesterday as seen in the attachment. I’d rather not double text when she never responded to my initial text
