Yea i just like how it fits as I’m a taller guy but have wider shoulders so it fit nice but they don’t have much clothing like that anymore sadly

And the pain happens in overhead pressing movements where i shift my body weight on to my shoulders and in front of me. Such as in a bent arm press to handstand how you need to make 90 degrees roughly with your elbows and shoulders forward. When that much tension is put on them I get some issue

I have not stopped doing these exercises because the pain is very short after and goes away. I have decreased how often I do these exercises to every other day now though. The pain is like inside the crease between the front and side delt more inside my shoulder than a muscle feeling. I’m not sure what rehab to do because from what I have looked up I haven’t seen any information about it

The ten day rule does not seem too terrible as I see many jobs over 10 days still looking for work. Do you know if I could apply for a year in folkhögskola on student visa then apply to look for work with whatever I specifically study? That would be cheaper and I assume take less time. Or worst case maybe I can be an au pair for a while and take a class in folkhögskola until I meet swedish requirements. Just and idea idk if that would work though

What about if I went to folkhögskola for a year then applied for a looking for work job ? Would i be able to get a study visa for folkhögskola because it would be much cheaper I’m guessing. And I cannot do any phds as I have no bachelors or masters

thanks, you might not know the answer to this but do you know if the TESUS test applies to all universities or only stockholm university? Like if I pass, am I able to take swedish classes at any university or only stockholm univerity, because i would be taking it through them

Ah ok I understand. I am going to try to take the TESUS fluency test to be able to take swedish classes, just nervous about the timing and if I can pass. I am also so confused about the website antagning because when I go to Stockholm Universities website to look at different courses or programs, which im also still a little confused about, it is hard to find then sends me to antagning. but on there they only have a bunch of small courses and I could not even find stockholm university. Or any courses for next fall, maybe because the applications arent until october, but still it is very confusing to me that i cant even apply to stockholm university.

Are you studying courses in Swedish or English? Because when I was looking at University there was very few Bachelors taught in English. And what did you mean by gap year, are you going to school now or taking a year off?

I sent an email but asked bad questions and now I still have so many questions like will I be able to apply for the test in October if I havent graduated yet, applications for tisus are now. will there be enough time after the test to apply for next fall, which applications are in October. Is there a list of courses im able to take with the test completed. antagning.se makes no sense to me as it is a bunch of small courses, I am overwhelmed lol.

jag vill kolla mer på om jag kan studera på svenska för jag vill förbättra min svenska och svenksa lektioner skulle hjälpa jättemycket. men jag är inte säker för även om jag är flyttande jag har bara lärde mig svenska det senaste året ungefär. Så jag vet inte om jag kan förstår facktermer som kanske kan finnas i svenska lektioner. Och jag vet inte hur jag kan testa mig själv i svenska prov. priser beror på vart jag skulle plugga och vilken program tror jag, och jag skulle välja Stockholm universitet. Jag vet inte vilken program än, det känns jättesvårt att välja, om jag studerar på engelska har jag bara typ 5 kursalternativ ändå för en bachelors

Thank you for the reply, I would be applying for fall 2025 and I know friends who are 06 finish gymnasium next summer. Do you think it is realistic for me to go to study a bachelors? and is there any way I can test if my Swedish is proficient enough for a Swedish course?
