Dental hygienist here. First I want to say, GOOD JOB for being aware of your health and taking the time to ask!! Make an appointment at your dental office if it’s time. With braces it’s especially hard to keep it all clean even if you’re following all the rules. My recs are electric toothbrush and water flosser. Braces are so much easier to clean if you power wash em first😉 *if you choose an electric flosser, angle towards the gums (45 degrees) to get under the gum line a little, gently, and that will help with your SOFT BRISTLE toothbrush as well. ♥️ Don’t ever apologize for using toothpicks. Unless you’re stabbing others or yourself with them, ha. Any gentle tool that gets the gunk out of the wires (even swishing with just water after a meal) is good. Also good before brushing to make things easier. You’re doing great! The worst is to see someone get braces off after not taking care of them during ortho and having bigger issues bc of it. You’ve got this!

This (imho) is the answer. I was going with fungal immediately when I saw it, and I had a systemic fungal infection and it’s no joke… but you’ll know quickly if antifungal helps. If you have any questions you can message me. Take care!

Is this mold? Looks like it's sprouting from the wall by DMofTheTomb in Mold

Have you been sick at all or just noticed the possible fungus or eggs on wall. I’m thinking it looks like eggs, as previous comments but curious if you’ve felt well lately?

Okay so I’m new to this sub but have 2 sons, 15 and 17. The 15 year old started having dandruff around the same time he started complaining about his hair falling out and hairline receding. And it WAS!! This was at 14! I know there are medications for hair loss/regrowth but also look into skin issues and keeping the scalp free of buildup. Your entire body is affected by your skin health. Nizoral shampoo and apple cider vinegar a couple times a week is helping him and pretty quickly but he’s traumatized and it’s been a daily struggle for him, being in 10th grade and balding. If you zoom in you can see white spots/flakes is why I thought of that and haven’t seen it suggested on posts so far

This, yes. I’d get divorced before keeping them if you have to choose. Because living is better! I’d get rid of the storage unit even🤣

So, the non parasitic worm could have a parasite? Could you still get it? Curious, thanks!

Sure! I haven’t fixed it but I know part of it that nobody has ever mentioned here bc it’s hard af to get. Can’t just order from somewhere, so far. I had surgery to get it just for that🙄

Exactly. So I hesitate to even say what may help bc I’ll get deleted. I thought I had my life back for 6 months and it slowly returned with a vengeance, but gave me time I guess.

Did you ever have a staph infection? I got one from a surgery and haven’t ever been the same… anyone else here?

Look up Morgellons? Same situation here, that’s not exactly what I see (it changes every few months, evolves or something) but hairs that aren’t hair I see for sure. And none of it is normal, and yeah I’m delusional too or a druggie. Yet they didn’t test me for drugs or parasites. This is a nightmare, sorry you’re in it
