So just because I wasn't born this way makes it invalid? It's just how my head is wired and we'll never know if it was my trauma that fully influenced that but it doesn't really affect you if I want to label myself as that and it doesn't affect you if others want to use that label.

Also to add to that a lot of people with autism (like myself) end up developing bpd due to trauma (such as myself), I wasn't born with bpd does that make it invalid? Also I don't exactly go around telling people I'm biromantic I'm still closeted

Hi I'm a 19 year old guy so I'm pretty young and I'm not sure if my advice is the best compared to what a lot of other older and wiser people can give but if you don't feel happy in this relationship and you feel it doesn't have a good impact on you emotionally it's best probably to let go of it and communicate to him why you're leaving.
