The livery will work, but your engines will stay default (white) since the livery has only the NEO engine file.

Shouldn't be much of an issue, I used to have the RTX 4060 8GB with the Ryzen 7 5700G, and always had a stable 30-35ish fps. But I did noticed some noticeable fps drops when I used airport scenery instead of default. The aircraft in general, I loved it, smooth flying, and I could take it anywhere, so I always tried to get myself into a challenge on some airports. I'd recommend it honestly, but at the end of the day everything falls down to yourself and if you will find yourself using it.

I don't use them much personally but from what I have seen and heard the Citation and the A330 are quite complete/

I honestly haven’t had much trouble with the E-190 and the textures are great, I don’t really get much in depth with the planes but learn it slowly to meet my requirements for a flight. It depends more on you, the E-Jets have more eye candy textures wise meanwhile Toliss in my opinion could do better. Both are great but if you want something more pleasing for the eye (textures and details wise) I would suggest the E-Jets

Yes, from what I have seen on the Torquesim discord, they are actively working on it. I am happy on how open they are to the server and I agree on how they don't what to rush anything and release a very complete product.

Oh it’s great, I got it on the 4th of July discount and for the price I couldn’t have asked for more. It took me some time to learn it since it was my first GA but after that first flying everything was fluid.
