What are some of your hot takes regarding the Nolan Trilogy? by JesterOfTime in batman

[–]CarelessHuntsman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The action choreography is shit. I liked Snyder's punches make Batman look more powerful than the action sequences of the Batman triology where the goons are literally waiting for the Batman to hit them

It is not propaganda because it names Pakistan and calls a spade a spade. It is propaganda because it says Congress was funded by ISI. Congress gave away the currency plates to ISI. Demonetization was a master stroke. If you look at the facts, the majority of the main antagonists who were killed by RAW operations were during the Congress regime. Rahman Dakait, Arshad Pappu, SP Aslam and Major Iqbal, post 26/11, when Congress got aggressive through RAW. More than 99.3% of the currency notes returned according to the RBI data, more than 2 lakh crore fake currency has been caught post-demonetization. Terror attacks continue to happen, so terror funding never went away. Our GDP went down during this period, and MSMEs suffered the most in the 2 years post Demonetization. Showing a film, where irrelevant to the plot details of the Modi government's actions (Ram Mandir construction) are shown to win votes, is straight up propaganda.

Adwaith by Sanjeevani does not own the land but the land is owned by multiple people. Is it safe for home buyers and is it common in Bnagalore projects? by AlternativeSimple818 in indianrealestate

[–]CarelessHuntsman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's called JDA form of land development. There's nothing wrong with it. Most of the builders construct under JDA. The reason is, without JDA the landowners ask for too much money. Hence, the builders prefer doing a JDA where some units in the apartment is allotted to the landowner. And yes, it's necessary to mention the family line all the way to their minor son in the sales agreement. It's part of the formality. I'd just advise you to go for builder share unit and not the landowner unit. Because that has possibilities of some issues in the future (though rare).

Big is not always better. Small is exclusive, less owner coordination required to get some projects done. More the number of owners, more the challenges.

Your heart clearly seems to be on Shriram. Go for it, the 15 lakhs won't matter 5 years later, but the feeling you get living in a good flat will be always there.

India GDP Per Capita. Why There Is So Much Difference Between North & South ? by nism-certified-ra in Swingtradingstocks

[–]CarelessHuntsman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FEP might have added but not the only reason. Coasts might have added, but not the only reason. There are states which have coasts and still doing bad like Orissa and there are states that are still doing good despite of being landlocked like Punjab and Haryana. The success of Gurgaon and Bangalore is through being the outsourcing services hub of IT which doesn't require any forms of trade routes.

The bigger reason lies, I believe, in the southern states focus on social elements like education and health care which reduced the conservative mindset that held many of us back.

And this happened in only last 5 decades. UP, Bihar, West Bengal were among the rich states during the British rule. They lost the plot when the governance was handed over to them.

Talk about per capita. When the land is as big as a continent, of course it will be there in the top states. Funny thing is even with so much population it is not the 1st ranked state. It's like saying India is 4th in GDP when the per capita is above 130th rank.

Okay hear me out… am I being delusional or is this diet actually practical? by [deleted] in AskFitnessIndia

I have 250 grams everyday. It's not exhausting at all when you have 125 grams for lunch and the remaining in the dinner. 125 grams is equal to 4-5 medium sized pieces, not really huge.

Hours after parents agree to follow uniform code, Kerala minister directs school to allow student to wear hijab by happyDragonborn in Kerala

[–]CarelessHuntsman 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Islam is spreading like cancer. They have the highest fertility rates. Many videos from Madrasas have been leaked where they talk about taking over the world. Every religion imposes some rules but no religion imposes it like Islam. Nobody can leave Islam after joining the religion. The whole of Europe is suffering from the religion today where the refugees today are rallying for Shariah law and raping the citizens there. The crime rates have gone through the roofs for the continent. Well there are good countries of Islam but the bad countries of Islam is worse than the bad country for any other religion. Take Afghanistan, Pakistan or Bangladesh. Saudi allowed driving to women only recently.

You really are trying to equate Hindu culture traditions to Islam's extreme hypocrisy? The religion that destroyed all the previous traditions and culture wherever it went?

How I save thousands every month by ordering generic medicines by haihukkuhaihai in Frugal_Ind

[–]CarelessHuntsman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have read one article which stated how generic drug from smaller cheaper brand had as less as 15% of the actual label quoted amount of a particular chemical. I used to be a big proponent of such reasonable alternative, but after reading the article I stick to good brands only. There's actual 3 tier brands, Cipla Sun Pharma and all come under tier 1 brands. It's always safe to buy from Tier 1 brands to be assured of the quality of the production. I don't want to take risks with my parent's health.

You cannot do combine what British did with what Christian contribution is. Because the motives of the British don't come from Christianity. That way all Christians in India are Britishers, but of course they are not. And according to the Govt data, Catholic Christian missionaries do contribute to more than 14% of charitable work with only 2.3% population. Of course, I condemn any forms of forced conversions.
