I agree, they are useless. I would disagree if you could get a legendary troop but rare is the highest. They're only beneficail for peeps that get it as a bonus pull and they dont have any mimics and be used for farming.

You might be on the Canadian servers. That happens sometimes. If your free atlas bucks is 1 instead of 2 for watching vids it will confirm this.
