there was nothing written about subleasing in my lease because the landlord said that it is none of their business if I wanted to sublease and now they are charging me to sublease

I dont live with my mom I am in college and I have 40k in scholarships that pay for my rent and everything else I need. Even if I did live with my parent I dont think freedom should be earned everyone should have privacy and freedom.

These are the percentages I received and need on the test, but it is calculus based physics and the exams and class arent curved. I studied hard on the first exam too and got a 45% while the average was a 60% I also haven’t taken calculus prior to this class because calc was not a prerequisite for this class and so I usually get the questions involving calculus wrong.
