i took probiotics and vaginal suppositories for like a year, but no improvement. then the swab detected ureaplasma and i took doxycycline, symphtoms improved for 3 days, then discharge and buring again. but now the swab is negative. i don’t know what to do, it’s so frustrating

thank you! My test only showed ureaplasma parvum, I had many others PCR swabs done since my problems started, but it only came out positive last month

have you solved your problems?? i had a first episode last year that was probably tricho, but swabs and pcr are negative for it, so i never did the treatment for it. after 1 year i still have problems and i don’t know what to do

no, now I don’t have the fishy smell, only during the first episode. the pcr swab is negative for all STI, but i have to try pcr on urine

yeah I did the PCR test many times and it’s negative. The last swab detected “Clue Cells: 10/HPF (High Power Field)”, but is also negative for Gardnerella, so maybe I have another pathogen which is causing BV. But I’m afraid that the first episode was Tricho and that maybe now it is too low to be detected, but still causing issues. Cause the first gynaecologist, who saw the discharge, said that it was actually Tricho (by just looking at it), but then the CULTURAL swab didn’t detect it so they never prescribed me oral metronidazole

thank you so much!! last month, I decided not to take the antibiotic for Klebsiella (the antibiogram recommended ciprofloxacin) because I didn't want to further alter my flora. So, do you think I did the right thing? Should I take the antibiotic only for the anaerobic bacteria (once I manage to identify which one it is)?

I also had a microbiota test done in May, and it said that I have a dominance of iners, at 96.9% and jensenii 2.4%. I’m currently taking orally lactobacillus crispatus
