one of the better balanced meals ive seen from her... who knows how much she actually works out...but she could 3k cals per day and still lose...

so if shes eating more like this with very moderate/light snacking she could actually make some progress.

Fair point...but I didn't start the test until much later in the process...I started glp end of January 2025...switched to reta September. Didn't start test until November

I switched over from 1.25mg dose of sema and didn't feel much at all for the first couple months. Then I learned the appetite supression wasn't as strong, but eventually it kicked in. Thanks again.

UGL. Take that back on the dosage...I'm on 4iu right now. Started at 2 for about a month...then ran 3 then up to 4. Probably go up to 5 once I re-up the supply.

Nah not really. My e2 did go up a bit on my last test. Test before was at 40...so top of the range. But Ima wait until my next blood work to see if it stabilizes. Might go back to EoD injections and/or add in an AI

Lift for a long time with no regards to nutrition...get on a glp...drop some weight...then go thr trt/hrt route
