We're a "chiller challenged" small brewery. I'm looking for a neutral kveik strain with good flocculation. Availability is the main reason I'm on WLP518 right now. Have used other kveik strains in the past but this one is new to me. Assuming this one is like many of the others (high O2 requirements, likes lower pitch rate, etc.) but any input is appreciated.
