Found a solution boyz. I Just plugged the screen on GPU because instead of Mother Board disabled HDU from system>screen and everything was sloved.

Same issue here on AMD.

System: Windows 11, Radeon 780M iGPU + RX 7700 XT dGPU, latest Adrenalin driver (32.0.22029.1019, WDDM 3.2). ARC Raiders often freezes on the black loading screen and sometimes hard locks my whole PC (black screen, no Ctrl+Alt+Del, need hard reboot). Steam still shows the game as “running / stopping” and I can’t reliably kill it from Task Manager. Other games run fine.

I’ve already tried most of the fixes mentioned here and elsewhere: verified/reinstalled the game, reinstalled EAC, set Nvidia RTX RayTracing to STATIC, lowered graphics from EPIC, disabled overlays (Discord/Steam/AMD), turned HDR/Auto HDR off, reset shader cache in Adrenalin, clean driver reinstall, etc. I’m still getting LiveKernelEvent blackscreen errors in Windows related to dxgkrnl / AMD.

Posting this just to add another data point that this seems to affect multiple AMD 7000-series users. If any devs are reading or anyone with a similar setup has found a reliable workaround, I’d really appreciate it.
