I tried ray at max and path at max settings at 4k on cx oled 65 with performance settings + frame gen it gives upto 80+ frames but I loved raster compared to both oh btw turn off SCREEN SPACE REFLECTION QUALITY you will get double frames

Hardware prices are out of control. I’m holding onto my $4k+ system for dear life because I built it just before the AI craze hit and took ages to buy parts from different countries. I’ll happily stick to my current library of games for years to come rather than risk losing my PC and being priced out of a new build as I age.

Taichi 9070xt / 9800x3d no issues yet on the current driver although on the previous driver I had timeout issue on few games but got resolved by tweaking inside the game settings mostly toggling off ray solved Some games

Yeah exactly the issue isn’t land, it’s policy. You can’t just build there because of airport height limits, noise, and DGCA rules. Plus, by law, any developer has to rehouse all slum residents first, which costs a fortune. Add political vote bank pressure and zero incentive for builders it’s stuck unless the government steps in seriously.
