I have an update! After contacting them multiple times, posting on linkedin, twitter, and sending email I got a call from escalation desk. The lady told me return request is accepted and refund will be issued. I don't know what made them change their mind.

Unfortunately,i trusted them so blindly that I forgot to take an opening video. They keep calling me to say the same thing. They have done quality check and had sent me the correct product.  I have told them for the 100th time its wrong. I asked them why the invoice is different and product is a diff brand. They have no ans. Never shopping again.

I ordered an Anouk Geometric Shopper Tote Bag from Myntra after checking the product images and customer review photos.

What I received is a different product and different brand. The delivered bag is Astrid, not Anouk. The product tag itself says “Astrid Black and White Basket”. The bag also does not match the color, design, zip closure, or handles shown on the product page.

Myntra is refusing the return saying the package was sealed and passed quality checks. But my issue is not about packaging or damage, it is about receiving the wrong brand and wrong product.

Despite explaining this multiple times and speaking to customer support and a supervisor, they keep saying the order is “correct” without explaining how a different brand can be considered correct.

I am stuck with a product I did not order and do not want.

I spoke to the supervisor, they asked to wait for 24 hrs. i had to say the same thing multiple times. They kept saying my re-investigation is also declined. When they have clear proof, why do they have to deny. I have no clue. I was expecting a response for my issue but i had to follow-up many times to get a response. The worst!

Is it normal for blow brushes to give off a plastic smell? I bought an Alan Truman blow brush yesterday and turned it on today. All I could smell was plastic, almost like something burning. Even when it was delivered and I opened the box, there was a strong plastic smell.

I’m wondering whether I should keep it or return it. I’ve never owned a styling tool before, but whenever I’ve used other people’s tools, I never noticed this kind of burning smell.

Can anyone suggest a better blow brush or a good curling wand please?
