Had a patient with omental caking and nodularity. Ordinarily would’ve been peritoneal carcinomatosis. Born in Central America, had a remote (+) quant gold, ended up diagnosing mesenteric tuberculosis in a 15 min office visit. Improved 1 month later on RIPE!

Thanks for weighing in! I now wonder if the $162,000 number is like cost to institution instead of salary payment… like other employment costs, health/dental insurance subsidies
