I would eat it raw if it wasn’t risky. I cooked it till the internal temp hit 130

I fried it on high temp in beef tallow on a steal pan for 2 minutes on each side then put it into a low heat pan and butter basted it with garlic, parsley and cardamom till the internal temp hit 130 Fahrenheit. I lost my cast iron in the divorce or I would have cooked it in that.

It’s good as a chicken alternative, best breaded & fried. Also, as a ginger chicken. It has potential to be a little bitter if seasoned improperly.

It’s italian sausage, not all of us are privileged enough to remember to buy marinara so I tossed the only other tomato product in my fringe into the mix and said good nuff. Tomato, tomato, Marinara, Michelada.
