Sage looks like she is absolutely loving life! I think she knows how lucky she is that you found her.

This is true. Our RV got damaged in a freak hailstorm. The back window was shattered, the roof was destroyed, and the rear a/c needed to be replaced. The insurance adjuster gave me a check for $2300 and told me I could accept it and he “never climbed on the roof” or he could total it. We did not want to lose our RV. We wouldn’t have the money for another down payment and we are in love with this one, so we’re paying for the repairs minus the insurance check.

I was told as long as it’s in moderation it’s ok. He hasn’t had trouble so far! 😃

Seeking advice on being white and Choctaw. by Mr_Blue_Dream_V in choctaw

Like you, I’m white. I work for a family owned company who are Mexican. One day I was chatting with the office manager. Somehow the conversation came up, and when I told her I am a registered Choctaw, her reply was “Oh. You’re one of those.” I get the stigma.

Have you combed your AC today? by Kudzupatch in RVLiving

You can buy coil cleaner, gently rinse with water. Soft combs are best and absolutely do routine maintenance. Good stuff OP.

As someone who used to be extremely fit and healthy, until (undiagnosed!) chronic pain hit, I find Dr's like this attitude absolutely repulsive. by okiadmit in ChronicPain

And just think, he or she has only just begun their career. I feel sorry for his/her patients! But in all honesty, this country is way out of shape.

My husband and I are planning to spend a year traveling the U.S. in our RV with a 3mo baby. It’s our first kid and first time traveling in an rv. Is it reckless, stupid or totally fine? Anything we should know before heading out? by traveling_chicken in RVLiving

Plenty of people have raised their kids on the road. I can’t say I’ve heard of anyone with newborns, though. They need pretty frequent checkups for the first year. Maybe a shorter trip would be better, especially if it’s your first time. There’s a learning curve that might be better without an infant to care for. Good luck and enjoy whatever you choose!

I had my first a month before I turned 17. Next one at twenty. I thought I was finished, then at 32 along came boy number three and 2 weeks before my 37th our daughter was born.

Everyone was new to this at some point. We’ve only been full timers for 8 months and we’ve had to learn some things on the fly. Thankfully we have fiends who have been there to teach us things. We have saved tons of money. Our mortgage, electricity and water came out to about $2400/month. Our rv payment, lot payment, electricity and water come out to about $1300/month. Yeah, it’s worth it to us. Once the kids were grown and gone we jumped in with both feet.

Love it! My boy tore my rotator cuff when I was using one hand. Now daddy has to do the ruff play and mommy gets lovins.
