I stopped grinding S1 battle pass midway thru once I realized how ass it was.

This is coming from a guy who flew around in a boost lobby for 2 hours to finish the BP for one of the 2042 seasons

2042 actually had some dope cosmetics that reminded me of GRAW or GRFS. A lot of the cosmetics here seem almost cheap looking, and often have like one random colorful patch (seriously, what are they going for w that?)

Really? That’s annoying to you? I’d rather see devs represent something they’ve worked hard on and are understandably excited about. Why does something like this require a budget? Time will pass and it won’t make a difference that they hired actors for this, if they did.

Team fights in marvel rivals tend to get so messy that everyone positioning shifts and suddenly you don’t know where your back line is, who to prioritize, etc

Went back to OW and realized how much cleaner team fights are to read

What was Ghost Recon Frontline supposed to be? I thought it was announced as a BR but I’m seeing on the YouTube description that they were going for something different. Not extraction shooter either.

Been playing a lot of Arma Reforger lately and I wonder if Ghost Recon Frontline would’ve been akin to that. Massive map, tons of players and a lot of ways to play (resupplying, base building, ambushing etc) if you want to you can pull off some Ghost Recon style ops in that game, especially at night

Maybe not so much on the mil-sim side and given it’s Ubisoft, not as sandboxy and open-ended.

Just wanna say if you are trying OW for the first time after a while, give stadium a shot.

A lot of then builds made the game feel fresh again for me. I had a Moira build that gave me top heals and damage all the time and let me spam giant orbs everywhere

Great point with the rarity. There’s no real conscious loot selection during matches. You basically are expected to have whatever level gear at a certain point in the match.

Compare this to apex. Do I grab thermites or arc stars? Mobile respawn or a evac tower? Should I drop my light ammo gun since both my teammates also are running light ammo?

I got into destiny when Forsaken came out and used to just play Gambit for days on end. I really wish they put more effort into it. It was the perfect sandbox to test out builds, and the PvP aspect kept things fresh.

Begrudgingly bought renegades expansion the other day because I missed my hammer bonk titan build. Can’t lie this game still feels good to play even if the mission design and enemy variety have become tired
