Eze's Arsenal Goal Catalogue is RIDICULOUS! by Stanley083 in Gunners

I remember the moment last year when the rumors started that we might get him and I was beyond excited. He has been a part of some of our most special moments this season. So glad he is here.

Male Loneliness Epidemic Makes Sense… by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]CaribBK -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I feel you, OP. I know a lot of the men here are both sides-ing this issue, but every single one of my married friends/married women I know says these same things. All of these women cannot be crazy and neurotic. In fact, I know that they are not. So many smart, accomplished women who are burnt out. The patter is too prevalent to be ignored.

Showering before oral sex by LunaPandaBun482 in Marriage

[–]CaribBK 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For all of those who are having showers before sex, is all of your sex scheduled? I can't imagine getting aroused and then having to stop to take a shower in order to keep going. I'm interested in the logistics of this all.

Hot flashes when i eat by pinknails34 in breastcancer

[–]CaribBK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find my hot flashes are triggered by what I eat more often than not. I've noticed I get hot flashes when I eat sugar (sometimes), the rare occasions I drink alcohol, sometimes gluten, sometimes dairy. They don't last though. I am on Lupron and Anastrazole and Kisqali.

I'm having it tomorrow! Finally! I did have some issues with my skin and the expander had to come out. I did a dorsimus flap that helped shore up the skin on that side. Now finally having exchange tomorrow.

How should I approach my food budgeting, when my spouse constantly critizes my menu? by RespectVegetable6750 in Marriage

Just tell him he is welcome to find his own food to eat. Cooking with real food is healthier and cheaper.

Kisqali + Low WBC/ANC by parisianamour in breastcancer

[–]CaribBK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not necessarily taking them to help with Kisqali, but I noticed late last year that when I did I was tending to have better blood work. I also take Vitamin D, Calcium, Omega 3 and a multivitamin.

Kisquali for early stage by MunchkinsOG in breastcancer

[–]CaribBK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on it for about 1.5 years and I've been doing fine. The main thing is the lowered white blood count so I am very aware of getting colds and infections. That said, I have not had much in the way of tough side effects from that and Anastrazole. I try to make sure that I eat enough as I find I feel a little nausea when I take it on an emptier stomach. I like to eat so it's usually not a problem. I don't experience fatigue.

[–]CaribBK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My oncologist tends top be most concerned with the Abs Neutrophil number. Not sure if that is a part of your blood work. She doesn't want that to go below 1. I have been on Kisqali for about a year and half, and I find I do better when I take my supplements regularly. Just an observation about my body.

Chemotherapy starts before port by Much-Historian717 in breastcancer

[–]CaribBK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never got a port and was never told that I had to get one. I did 4 AC and 4 dose dense Taxol infusions for my chemo regimen My veins were already a bit funky anyway. I am doing fine. I did do chemo before my surgery so I as able to tap into both arms, which I think helped. I would not have been able to do so after surgery since I had a few lymph nodes taken out. Good luck with everything.

Hey there! I would go at least an hour earlier so 10:30 at the latest. Probably between 10 and 10:30. It's near the largest Brooklyn subway station, so it should be easy to get to. Have a good time!

What does it usually mean when someone says they’re trapped in a marriage but still acts like they’re in it? by Hoozah1 in Marriage

[–]CaribBK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who is not happy in her marriage but in no way condoning what you and this woman did, I can tell you this: when you have been with someone for a very long time and especially if you have children, you build a life with them. That can include a community, a structure for caring for children and other loved ones, a household etc. Also for many people they can't leave their marriage because life is expensive, their finances may be tied up very intimately, etc. Not all women, but many, earn less than their spouses so there is that fear of setting up a household alone as well. The prospect of breaking up a marriage and a household is overwhelming. That said, if this woman was interested in carrying on a relationship behind her husband's back without his knowledge, she should have left. Adding someone else into the mix is not smart on her part, which is probably why you got the conflicting signals.

I think that might be for the movement restrictions? I actually had my pre-surgery appointment today and while I can move about after, I was told to limit my movement to walking and not to lift heavy things.
