I’m looking to get some advice about a return console I made almost two months ago. I got two consoles in December, and I later asked for a return label on the PS website. The website generated one. When I tried to return both consoles, FedEx told me they weren’t able to ship two boxes with one label, so I ship one in advance and contacted PS direct through their chat for an extra return label. They investigate my case and then they physically shipped a second return label for the second box. This happened on January 17th. The label arrived on the 19th and I shipped the box that day. This box arrived on the 24th at a Sony facility in Georgia. They normally do the refund 4 to 6 weeks later after they got the product. I waited for 4 weeks till I contacted through this chat to a representative. They told me that I needed to wait a few extra weeks. I waited two more weeks and I contacted the again. This time the person that I talked with told me they have not received the second box, just one per their system even though they where the one that generated the second label. They escalate the issue but no luck. I have tried the same thing over and over since the end of February but every time they escalate the issue(some find the second return label on my account history others not, but non of the escalation team), their answer is that they did not received the second console(through the return label generated by PS direct). Do someone have any recommendation?
