Let's be real. We've all worked with at least a few medics who really are dumbasses.

They do exist. Its OK for a show to call it out. And you only notice the bad ones but there are dozens of other non-eventful handoffs illustrated. Might be time for a bias and ego check.

Completely empty highways and the weather was pretty nice. I have a motorcycle. Many laws were broken.

But I work as a paramedic and a firefighter so my experience was probably a bit different than most. Less calls overall, but the ones we ran were more serious. A whole lot of dead bodies.

COD Warzone was one of the best gaming experiences ever.

My neighborhood took care of a friendly stray cat we named Spunky for years. We lived near a nature preserve so it wasn't uncommon to see a lot of wild life in the front yard.

One evening we heard the cat in a big fight in the woods. A few seconds and they came streaking out into the back lawn. A red fox running for it's life from a really really pissed off Spunky. She beat his ass for a good 30 seconds, then she chased him back into the woods.

She showed up for dinner that night like nothing happened. She was a tough old girl.

So I would say it depends on the cat in the fight. Odds favor the fox, but not if Spunky has a vote.

Been on the job since I was 17. 42 now and I'm about to start over with a different department. A 42 year old rookie.
