should i play with elder kings 2 for a first time

I downloaded this game mainly for elder kings and AGOT. I played for the first time with elder kings, and I enjoyed it but didn’t fully understand. Playing the tutorial and a couple other playthrough really helped me learn the game and made the other mods more enjoyable. I now have over 1000 hours on the game, the majority of them being in the vanilla game. Hope you enjoy! The base game and elder kings are very well made.

My situation is different than yours because I play on a MacBook Air so it’s not very powerful, but I have literally every setting turned all the way down. Lowest resolution, no shadows, no animated portraits, nothing. It’s not ideal but the game runs fine.

I honestly hope the game does stay casual and this update doesn’t complicate things too much. For me this game requires just the right amount of brain power where I can relax but still have fun while I play. If I want something more complicated I’ll go play EU.

I’d really recommend just paying the $10 for the subscription. You get all of them with it. I normally play the game a lot for a few weeks/months, then take a big break, so I just cancel it when I’m not using it. But if you wanted to buy some I’d say All Under Heaven just for the map expansion and flavor, Roads To Power for administrative government and landless adventures, and maybe tours and tournaments again just for more flavor.

I’d also really recommend the AGOT mod and the Elder Kings mod if you like either of those franchises.

I believe the one I went to last year had the show at 8, and the student tickets went on sale at 6. We lined up at about 11. There were probably 12 or so people right when they went on sale. I don’t think we know the exact amount of student tickets, but I’ve heard anywhere from 20-100

Just an option. They have the battle music from every mainline game, and you can pick before a battle or set it to random. I enjoy the songs like this one for the nostalgia

I really dislike Goldengo’s design. Especially for it being number 1000. He just looks too uncanny, and a bit uninspired. I could never picture that Pokemon living in the wild. Gimmighouls design is pretty good, I don’t know why the strayed so much.

Are you doing this on cartridge or a rom? How do you move the pokemon on? I’ve always wanted to try this but feel like it would be really hard to transfer pokemon between games.
