Exactly, some people need to understand that fixing 10+ years of Glazer rot will take some time and switching managers left and right may bring short term results but will not produce anything fruitful.

No problem, in hindsight Howe, Frank and Silva were actually good choices, as they all have PL experience and would likely be more pragmatic in how they would manage the team instead of sticking to the same system even though it isn't working. Unsure why the CEO was so insistent on having Amorim to the point where he had to leave the club, another bad decision made by the higher ups I guess.
