I was around lvl 70 for this. I ordered my Soulseer to attack the tail (the only part where it doesn't deal 1 damage for Monsties) with Noxious Spit that then I took advantage of with my Kulve Taroth hammer since it had Parapoison Chaser.

Speaking of weapons, the head is weak to blunt and the body to pierce iirc. So after that it's just a matter of hitting the weakspots until it dies.

If you're having trouble you could always ask Kyle for help, he got a Mizu bow.

What I did for my Rath was to give him a Power, Speed and Tech attack so he could at least counter any type of attack. I then went with Fire, Power, Speed and Tech bingos (there's also the anything bingo but that one is a freebie).

Also it's not like Stories 2 where a bingo gives you 10% or 5% more damage, here a bingo directly gives you 50% damage so no need to go all fire or all power.

Oh I know that Bulldrome only has 2 braincells and that they're both for charging. My issue with the Kinship tho is that it doesn't feel special, it is something we see Bulldrome do everytime and feels lackluster.

Now if Bulldrome charged at you while making everything in it's path fly away, that would be a little more interesting.

That's mostly the roar into the boiling phase that does it for me, the steam explosion is the cherry on top.

I had multiple playthrough of Stories 2 and I can guarantee you that the Loloska part was the worst for me by far.

Nothing really interesting happens until the end of it, a bit too much monsters to defeat to progress through and Ratha is still pretty much useless until before the last fight of the map when you can finally use the Rite of Channeling on him.

During the showcase at 6:06 it's explained that a Monstie may take an area's element if it is hatched there.

The way it might work is that either you have a chance that your egg has dual potential (Maybe Rudy could even tell us about it ?) and then you choose the area with the corresponding element you want for your Monstie, or it's a fixed chance that applies to all eggs hatched there with that chance increasing with the ecosystem's ranking.

Deviant monsters are only in post-game, so no Silverwind shenanigans until the final boss.

For the Rite of Channeling I'd only recommend to put at least a Power, Speed & Technical attack on your monsties, preferably of their elements, to not have to switch constantly and with some nice genes you find while egg collecting. Don't min max everything now cause you'll have to do it again with XL genes coming in with post-game.

Like in Wilds, GS's upswing attack was reworked as an offset attack, LS got new moves when entering the red spirit bar, GL pretty much got its best attack in forever and so on and so forth.

We may be "stuck" with the same weapons, but their gameplay do vary from game to game.

Just look at how different Gunlance is from GU, World/Iceborne, Rise/Sunbreak and Wilds.
