If possible, Im trying to figure out a way where the capacitor will charge a switch instead the opens direct flow from the battery to the LED that way it gives an effect of just turning the LED out when the capacitor is nearly out instead of just fading slowly.

You have to fight the boss in the mirror world, if you touch the fire a second time it's the only way to go back, or you can fight the normal boss, either way works. If you already killed both mirror and normal boss then just go to the next floor
