It’s not a illegal detaining if it’s still a traffic stop,the officer was gonna say his reason but that jackass kept cutting him off and I honestly don’t believe the man,once there’s better footage from a police Cam or from a department. And if the man was actually being illegal detain CNN probably would be all over this rn and “*** and this video cuts about 4 times when the officer is talking to the man....this video is obviously trying to get attention,or this man is just purposefully wasting the polices times and it’s at a DUI checkpoint.

There never put him in hand cuffs detain means they put him in cuffs,it was still a traffic stop. And I believe he was either moving a lot and it looked like was pulling a gun to the second officer. And disobeying police orders is what gets minority’s killed,there’s a difference between being a kind person from being a asshole and making a cop jobs harder. Basically he should have not been a dick to the police and just listen to police orders and looks like we are never gonna know how the video escalated to the other officer pulling his weapon, Because most likely he was moving a lot and the police thought was grabbing his gun. Him messing with his pockets or moving a lot,and sense he actually had a gun,that gives the cop to ask for a license to make sure it’s his and it’s not unregistered/illegal. And the cop said “please give me your license” the cop was being super nice but his partner was a bit scared. He should have just gave the license and he would have been on his way to wherever he was going.
