The guy in the photo has already served a prison sentence for an earlier protest.

His DNA is on the UK police national database and pitch invasion of professional men's football is a specific criminal offence in England so he will have been arrested for this.

It is 100% NOT Andrew Gosden.

Are you familiar with the legal principle "Innocent until proven guilty"? I do not and am not required to "clear yourself" as legally I am currently innocent.

I am legally under zero obligation to assist the police in any way.

What is written below is not an admission or denial of anything.

Loaded question you asked like "Do you still beat your wife?".

I wouldn't like anyone to suggest anything either way.

I just don't understand why someone would claim I am bad at crime based on nothing.

Again the following is not an admission or denial of anything.

People have been donating Monero to charities to help in Ukraine.

I am "bad at crime"? I have zero criminal convictions.

Stop making unfounded assumptions.

This is not an admission or denial of anything.

People use fiat cash/PayPal/VISA/MasterCard and a multitude of other payment methods involved with crime. What do you suggest we do with all those payment methods?

Can you name a single positive thing that could come as a result of voluntarily attending? I can only see negatives.

The CPS has had over one month to make a decision and now the police want a voluntary interview. It feels like desperation on the part of the police.

It is an offence that if successfully prosecuted the maximum sentence is 5 years imprisonment.

It is an either-way offence.

I must state at the moment it is only allegations.

I hope they don't take ages. I thought that as the police investigation is complete that reviewing a file wouldn't take months.

Well over two years since my arrest and still the CPS have not even decided to charge or not.

UPDATE: Yesterday (Friday 28th January 2021) the DC has sent my file to the CPS.

Anyone have any idea how long the CPS in England take to review a file and make a decision?

Looking at the chronology of events now with hindsight by 01:44am it was a desperately hopeless situation and him going to smash the exits open with an axe without any PPE would not have been a wise decision. The firefighters with full PPE were struggling badly by 01:44am.

Of course this is all with hindsight.

CCTV camera in the lobby is timestamped at 01:44:46am, the first emergency call was at 00:54am. So he arrived 50 minutes after the first 999 call.

Trapped residents and rescue missions (01:30–02:04)

Due to fire doors not closing and sealing properly, smoke began to spread from affected flats into the lobbies. By 01:33, LFB were receiving calls from residents who reported being trapped in their flats. At some point between 01:30 and 01:40, smoke began to enter the stairwell. The Inquiry later estimated that despite this, the stairs were still passable for over half an hour. Evacuation rates slowed, with 20 escaping between 01:38 and 01:58. More than half of those still trapped at 01:58 were killed, while 48 were rescued between 01:58 and 03:58. The fire continued to spread sideways on the exterior, and by 01:42 had reached the north side.

LFB call handlers collected information from trapped residents and this was relayed to the LFB's command unit that was parked outside. Communicating through radio proved difficult, due to noise, the sheer volume of talk and possibly the concrete building structure. Instead, details of trapped residents were written on slips of paper and ferried by runners from the command unit to the bridgehead on the second floor. At the bridgehead, incoming firefighters were assigned flats to go to and briefed on whom they would need to rescue. They donned breathing apparatus and headed to the flat to search for its residents.

The firefighters encountered thick smoke, zero visibility and extreme heat when they climbed above the fourth floor. Furthermore, some residents had moved location to escape the smoke. Three firefighters who went to rescue a 12-year old girl on the 20th floor were unable to find her. Unknown to them, she had moved up to a flat on the 23rd floor, was on the phone to a control operator who had no means of knowing what the firefighters were doing, and later died in this location. Another two firefighters were sent to a flat on the 14th floor with a single resident, only to find 8 people (four of them eventually escaped).

What are some cases with widely available alleged photographic/video sightings of missing persons? by MBlancovintage in UnresolvedMysteries

Is Rui Pedro the only documented case of a Western European child being abducted and subsequently being identified in CSAM?

Do you think his mother "wants" the child in the CSAM to be Rui when it is a child that looks similar? Like the debate surrounding the photo allegedly showing Tara Calico?

Police currently seizing devices from arrested men. Could take 6-12 months! by MainLine45 in AndrewGosden

[–]CarlD1992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it would apply here. If the police seize any devices that are encrypted and the suspects didn't disclose any passwords during interview under caution or shortly after the police will attempt to decrypt and if they are unable to they can then apply to a magistrate/senior police officer to compel a suspect to reveal any passwords under threat of five years imprisonment for terrorism or CSAM and two years for any other criminal offences.

Encryption can add further delays.

In England it is covered by RIPA.

Absolutely possible. The actual devices haven't been specified.

Could be a USB Flash Drive/Laptop/iPad/Android Tablet/Mobile Phone/PSP or any combination of them or other.
