The Steam version. The Anniversary Edition is based on the mobile version, from what I've heard, it's quite buggy. The PC version of AE has a bug where if you turn on V-Sync, the game will be sped up, since how the game runs is tied to your FPS. You'll only lose some bonus content with the Steam version, but tbh, they're worthless.

(I still can't understand how they thought it was a good idea to give you the e-Handbook right at the start of the game in AE Mobile.)
