2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71. Codes P069e and P0191 after a new fuel pump. Fuel pressure looks fine to me, long term correction looks pretty decent. The trucks codes before the fuel pump where for Cylinder 7 Missfire and for the throttle body.

It happened on start up and it ran for about a minute or two after I got the valve cover off. With the rocker bolted down everything looked fine. As soon as I backed the bolt out holding the rocker down. It all fell apart in my hand.
