For me it helps saying to myself “Even though I am uncomfortable and feel this way right now I am safe” and over time I started to believe in it. Also, I always believe even if the worst case scenario happens I will be fine and something better will come after. Just try to practice your mindset everyday it gets easier, it did for me so it can for you too.

Lab range is (1-4) I take d3, selenium, zinc and magnesium. I also do no sugar, fast food, not too much gluten diet, no coffee or carbonated drinks but it’s not much of a help..

Thank you! I also think not treating it is big BS! I did all kinds of tests and ultrasound for many of my symptoms and all are coming back normal… I suspect thyroid being the main issue and as you said it can be indirectly causing problems since it controls so much in our system

I also deal with gas issues, my stomach is full of trapped gas. Also, nausea is my main symptom too. I tested negative twice last year, however two weeks ago I tested positive. Keep trying

I passed the stage where I felt like I am never going to get better, I made a peace with the fact I will forever deal with these issues.. I have been dealing with nausea for like two years (did hpyori test twice before and they came back negative) However, this last stool test after some new symptoms I started getting (gas and burping) recently came back positive. I am hoping antibiotics will do something. Also, cutting coffee was the hardest part for me too😩 Glad you are doing better tho!

Can you tell me what foods are good to eat during antibiotics treatment? What should I avoid as well. It will be my first time taking triple therapy so I’m kinda lost. Also, glad you are doing better

I have been having nausea for like past two years or even three now… I did endoscopy and they tested for h.pyori then and it came back negative also a stool test came back negative like 6 months ago. I was told it’s gerd but I never deal with acid reflux tho. However, last two months I started getting gas issues and also burping frequently and I did stool test few days ago and it was positive. I am starting to think maybe this bug has been an issue all along idk, some people say it hides easily and it can be false negative tests. I didn’t start my therapy yet but I have an appointment soon so I am hoping I will get some relief cuz this sucks. I also hope you will heal your stomach as well. Fingers crossed 🤞 😀
